Service packs can be customized per client. If there is any change in inches or weight during sessions, the treatment is working, and no refund or credit will be given. If there is an unforeseen reason that treatments cannot continue, we will determine the best solution. We do not offer refunds, only New You credit for other services.
Appointment cancellations must take place 24 hours or more in advance, or a 50% late cancellation fee will be applied.
After the payment and at least 24 hours before the appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with the appointment details, including the address.
